Responsibilities: |

Demand Management. |
| • |
|
Material supply of Direct & Indirect Material Order. |
| • |
|
Purchase to demand, eg. execute internal order processing following defined
procedures with MRP processes. |

Make wise and sound daily purchasing decision, eg procurement cost reduction, supply capacity management,
define alternative for identified constraint, supply contingency planning, etc.
|

|
Provide timely support and daily follow up on supply priorities for daily requests including consigned parts. |
|
|
|
|

Coordinate purchasing activities. |

Issue purchase order. |

Communicate with supplier, branches and warehouse. |

Handling inventory control. |

Ensure on time delivery from supplier. |

Check Supplier statement. |

Handle admin works. |

Job Requirements: |

At least 3 year working experience in related field. |
| • |
|
Good in negotiation and communication skill. |

|
Familiar in Microsoft, computer literacy. |

|
Independence, responsible, cooperate, self report job status to superior. |
| • |
|
Good in written and verbal communication skills in Malay, English and Mandarin. |
| • |
|
Work under minimum supervision. |
|
|
|

Education and Experience: |

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.. |

At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience. |

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. |

Able to commit to undergo this attachment program for 12 months. |

Ability to work in a team and as well as individually to carry out any assigned job. |
