Admin Officer/Purchaser

Responsibilities:

  Demand Management.
  Material supply of Direct & Indirect Material Order.
  Purchase to demand, eg. execute internal order processing following defined procedures with MRP processes.
  Make wise and sound daily purchasing decision, eg procurement cost reduction, supply capacity management, define alternative for identified constraint, supply contingency planning, etc.
  Provide timely support and daily follow up on supply priorities for daily requests including consigned parts.

Job Description:

  Coordinate purchasing activities.
  Issue purchase order.
  Communicate with supplier, branches and warehouse.
  Handling inventory control.
  Ensure on time delivery from supplier.
  Purchase invoice data entries.
  Check Supplier statement.
  Handle admin works.

Job Requirements:

  At least 3 year working experience in related field.
  Good in negotiation and communication skill.
  Familiar in Microsoft, computer literacy.
  Independence, responsible, cooperate, self report job status to superior.
  Good in written and verbal communication skills in Malay, English and Mandarin.
  Work under minimum supervision.

Education and Experience:

  Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent..
  At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
